How much does cleaning cost?

There is no flat rate, because no two spaces are the same. Commercial pricing is built around facility type, square footage, number of restrooms, how often you want service, and the areas that matter most to you. Residential pricing is based on the size of your home and whether you need a routine, deep, or move-in/move-out clean. Your quote spells out exactly what is included so the price is never a surprise.

How long does it take to get a quote back?

Requests are reviewed during business hours, Monday through Friday 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Most commercial quotes go out within one business day once we have your details. For same-day or urgent needs, calling (856) 383-0909 is the fastest option.

Is the quote a fixed price or a rough estimate?

Commercial clients receive a written scope with a set price for the work described, not a vague range. If your space or schedule changes later, we simply re-quote the difference. Residential pricing is shown up front when you book online.

Do you charge for the quote or an on-site walkthrough?

No. Quotes, estimates and walkthroughs are always free with no obligation. Many commercial spaces can be priced remotely from square footage, restroom count, facility type and frequency, and a walkthrough is offered when the space is unusual or you would prefer one.

Can I get a quote for both commercial and residential cleaning?

Yes. Use the commercial quote form on this page for offices, suites, retail and managed properties. For homes, residential pricing is fastest through online booking, or note both needs in the form and we will handle it together.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Recurring commercial schedules are agreements you can adjust, and there is no long-term contract required to start. You choose the frequency, and you can change it as your needs change.
