These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ambitiouscleaningnj.com (the "Site") and any quote request, booking request, or communication you submit through it. The Site is owned and operated by Ambitious Cleaning LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Ambitious Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This website provides general information about Ambitious Cleaning residential and commercial cleaning services and allows visitors to request quotes or booking information. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting a form. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site, submit false or fraudulent requests, or use the Site to send unsolicited communications.

QUOTES AND PRICING

Website content does not create a final service agreement. Prices, packages, and service descriptions shown on this Site are estimates and general information only. Pricing, scope, scheduling, and service terms are confirmed separately in writing after we review your property, square footage, condition, and frequency. Estimates may be adjusted if the actual condition or scope of the property differs from what was described.

BOOKING REQUESTS

A submitted request does not guarantee availability. A booking is not confirmed until Ambitious Cleaning confirms the date, scope, and service details with you directly. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any request.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND ACCESS

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property at the scheduled time, including keys, codes, parking, or building access. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation and a fee may apply. Specific cancellation, access, and rescheduling terms for your job are confirmed in your written service agreement.

PAYMENT

Payment terms, deposits, and accepted payment methods are confirmed in writing before service. Ambitious Cleaning accepts credit card payment. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.

SERVICE AREA

Service areas listed on this Site reflect our primary coverage in South Jersey, including Moorestown, Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel, Cinnaminson, and Marlton. Availability outside those areas is confirmed case by case and may be subject to additional travel charges.

CONTENT ACCURACY

Ambitious Cleaning may update website content, service areas, hours, pricing, and service details at any time as the business grows. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

This section applies to the Site only; the terms governing cleaning services performed at your property are set out in your written service agreement.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms apply to the Ambitious Cleaning LLC text messaging program.

Program description. Ambitious Cleaning LLC sends SMS and MMS text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided their mobile phone number and given express consent. Messages are sent from (856) 383-0909 and may include: quote and estimate follow-up, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, arrival and service-day updates, questions about your property or scope of work, invoice and payment reminders, and — where you have given separate consent — occasional promotional offers, discounts, and service updates.

How you opt in. You may consent to receive text messages from Ambitious Cleaning LLC by:

- checking the optional SMS consent box on a form at https://ambitiouscleaningnj.com;

- completing a paper estimate or service form in person and checking the SMS consent box;

- giving verbal consent to an Ambitious Cleaning representative during a phone call or walkthrough; or

- texting a start keyword such as START, YES, or JOIN to (856) 383-0909.

Consent is not required and not a condition of purchase. Checking the SMS consent box is optional and is never required to submit a form, request a quote, or purchase any service. Marketing consent and non-marketing (service-related) consent are collected separately, so you may opt into one, both, or neither. Consent boxes are never pre-checked.

Confirmation message. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message such as: "Ambitious Cleaning LLC: You are now signed up for cleaning quote and appointment texts. Msg freq varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your request and your scheduled service. Most customers receive approximately 2–6 messages per month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Ambitious Cleaning LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply. Check your mobile plan or contact your wireless provider for details.

How to get help (HELP). Reply HELP to any message from (856) 383-0909 to receive help information. You may also call (856) 383-0909 or email [email protected]. You will receive a reply such as: "Ambitious Cleaning LLC: For help call (856) 383-0909 or email [email protected]. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

How to opt out (STOP). You may cancel at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL to any message from (856) 383-0909. After you send an opt-out keyword you will receive one final confirmation such as: "You have successfully been unsubscribed from Ambitious Cleaning LLC. You will not receive any more messages from this number." After that message you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again using any of the methods above or reply START or UNSTOP.

Carrier and delivery disclaimer. Ambitious Cleaning LLC and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Google Voice, and others; carrier support may change without notice.

Eligibility and your responsibilities. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. You agree to notify Ambitious Cleaning LLC if you change or give up that mobile number so we can stop sending messages to a number that no longer belongs to you.

Privacy. Information collected through the text messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://ambitiouscleaningnj.com/privacy. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Burlington County, New Jersey.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Ambitious Cleaning LLC may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
